Boaters invited to enter ChristmasParade on Cedar Creek LakeMistletoe Mania, Beacon Hill on Cedar Creek Lake, Vernon's Lakeside, and The Refuge will host the first annual Christmas Boat Parade, Saturday, Dec. 19, starting at 6pm leaving fromBig Chief Landing in Gun Barrel City. Boat owners are invited to decorate their boats and participate.Boats can be registered at Mistletoe Mania located at 831 West Main Street in Gun BarrelCity or online at https://form.jotform.com/203424568363053 1st , 2nd and 3rd Place prizes will be awarded. An entry fee of canned food or a monetary donation to The Refuge of Cedar Creek Lake is requested and can be dropped off at Mistletoe Mania, the Beacon Hill Community in Kemp or on the Beacon Hill boat the night of the parade.Those who don’t own a boat can view the parade from Vernon's or Tom Finley Park Boat Dock.
